Dear Prospective BOMA Wichita Member:

1.  Principal Membership $430 per year (Jan-Dec)
Requirements: Individuals or entities who own multiple properties or manage properties. 

2. Associate Membership $630 plus $430 sponsorship of a Principal member*
Requirements: Individuals or entities who own a single property or provide a product/service to the real estate industry. In addition to vendors and suppliers of real estate products/services, associate members may also include companies/firms providing legal, accounting, engineering, banking, insurance, and architectural services. *We will offer the membership to an advantageous principal member. 

3. Sponsoring Affiliate Membership $530 plus $430 sponsorship of a Principal member*
Requirements: Individuals or entities who provide a product/service to the real estate industry. In addition to vendors and suppliers of real estate products/services, associate members may also include companies/firms providing legal, accounting, engineering, banking, insurance, and architectural services. *We will offer the membership to an advantageous principal member.  Sponsoring affiliates are not registered on the BOMA International Registry.

The dues schedule is as follows:

Principal - $430.00
with lunch package $630.00
Associate - $630 plus $430 sponsorship of a Principal member* 
with lunch for associate member $830 plus $430 sponsorship of a Principal member*
Sponsoring Affiliate - $530 plus $430 sponsorship of a Principal member*
with lunch for Sponsoring Affiliate member $730 plus $430 sponsorship of a Principal member*

 If you choose not to prepay for lunches, member lunches are $20.00 and non-member lunches are $30.00 (unless it is a special program and the price will be announced prior to the meeting).
